Come create at Ballet Co.Laboratory. Our artistic home is available for hourly rentals to independent artists and arts organizations. Book a single day to work on your artistry, secure a month to rehearse a show, or facilitate your weekly programming here – the choice is yours! We look forward to collaborating with you on your space needs.

Public Transportation
The studio is accessible via the Greenline into downtown Saint Paul and the 71A or 71B bus.

Free Parking
Free parking is available in front of the studio.

Facility
We have five studios at Ballet Co.Laboratory with sprung floors, floor-to-ceiling mirrors, and barres, plus
four gender-neutral restrooms, changing rooms, and comfortable lobby space with Wi-fi access and ample seating. The entire facility is HVAC heated and cooled.

Studio 1: 25′ x 50′ – 15-person capacity – $20/hour
Studio 2: 25′ x 50′ – 15-person capacity – $20/hour
Studio 3: 25′ x 30′ – 8-person capacity – $15/hour
Studio 4: 42′ x 50′ – 30-person capacity – Rental available via special request
Studio 5: 25′ x 28′ – 8-person capacity – $15/hour

Hours
Morning, daytime, and evening hours are available.

TU Dance Center is available for rental when not in use by TU Dance’s programming. TU Dance Center features a reception area and front desk for check-in or event use. Access to adjacent dressing room and green room with kitchenette are available upon request.

Both studios feature:
Sprung dance floor with Marley-type surface by Harlequin
Wall of mirrors
Portable ballet barre units 10′ in length
Room-level sound system with CD and mini-jack inputs
50″ LCD TV cart for presentation and videoconferencing
Large windows providing ample natural light

Studio 1 only: A curtain that can be drawn on entire mirror; wall-mounted ballet barres of 27′ and 33′.

Rental fees:
Individual artists: $18/hour
Nonprofit organizations: $22/hour for rehearsals

Located in the heart of the Lyn-Lake community, The Arena is available for your rehearsal, class, and event needs!

Our space offers:
1,305 square feet (30×40) of sprung, Marley dance flooring.
Wall-length mirrors with curtains.
Changing room.
Access to multiple bus lines, including the 21, 4, 23, 612, and 18.

Hourly rates range from $17-$25, with discounts/special offerings available to BIPOC and LGBTQIA2+ communities. Inquire for savings.

High availability Monday-Friday during daytime hours and on Saturdays and Sundays.

Communal Studio is a collective space for rent for the community to take and offer classes/workshops/events at The Shops at the West End in St. Louis Park, MN.

The space is 1200 square feet including a spacious entryway with coat hooks and shoe storage, a 629 square foot studio with dimming lights, ceiling fans, mirrors on 2 walls, barres on 3 walls, a sound system with aux jack, and a back area with a bathroom, storage room, 2 sinks, and a mini kitchen.

We offer free covered parking in a safe neighborhood. No percentage is taken from your class/workshop profits. Come join our community!

Young Dance has two large studios available for rent in the Midway neighborhood of Saint Paul. The space is easily accessible by the Green Line light rail, the 16 and 67 Bus Lines, and ample parking in the Fairview Business Center parking lot. It is fully ADA accessible, with ramps to the sprung studio floor and automatic door openers. 

Rentals are currently available:
Monday–Tuesday, 8:00am–4:00pm
Wednesday–Friday, 8:00am–8:00pm
Saturday, 3:00–9:00pm
Sunday, 8:00am–5:00pm

The studios are newly equipped with sprung Harlequin Marley flooring, a Bluetooth speaker system, and wifi. A projector with AV adapters is available by request. Studio 2 has ballet barres and a mirror. The studio has a clear COVID safety plan, including regular disinfecting of all floors and surfaces and a new HVAC system that refreshes the air 7-8 times per hour.

Studio 1: Measures 41′ x 38′ and rents at $25/hour
Studio 2: Measures 38′ x 38′ and rents at $20/hour

 Need space to rehearse, choreograph, teach, or hold an event? Collide Theatrical has two studios available for rental in our beautiful St. Paul location. Evening and weekend availability!

Studio 1 has 1200 square feet of sprung floor, full wall-length mirrors, Rosco Adagio Marley dance floor, high ceilings, skylights, and 3 chandeliers.

Studio 2 has 450 square feet of sprung wood floor.

Both studios have the following amenities:
Ballet barres for up to 18 students 
Free and accessible parking and access to public transportation line
Gender-specific bathrooms (non-gender specific bathroom available in the adjacent building)

Nonprofit groups of 1-10: $25/hour
Other rental inquiries (larger groups, for-profit, classes, workshops, auditions, life events, photo sessions, filming, etc.) are subject to our Event Rate, starting at $30/hour. Please contact us for more information.

Studio 2 Rental Rates
Individual artists: $18/hour
Nonprofit groups: $22/hour for rehearsals
Other rental inquiries start at $25/hour.

Street shoes on dance floors are strictly forbidden.
Dance sneakers (not worn outdoors) are allowed in the small studio only.

Welcome to Sunna, a wellness studio committed to your radiance through grounding and restoring, energizing and strengthening, group and individual, and mind and body practices. We specialize in Pilates, Yoga, GYROKINESIS®, and Barre class formats, with an emphasis on alignment, healing, integration, and functional movement. We foster a welcoming environment for those based in the neighborhood as well as those traveling longer distances or passing through the Twin Cities.

Featuring a wide array of knowledgeable instructors, including local dance artists Berit Ahlgren, Eva Mohn, Genevieve Waterbury, Kari Schire, Nic Lincoln, Non Edwards, and Samantha Meryhew.
