Need space to rehearse, choreograph, teach, or hold an event? Collide Theatrical has two studios available for rental in our beautiful St. Paul location. Evening and weekend availability!

Studio 1 has 1200 square feet of sprung floor, full wall-length mirrors, Rosco Adagio Marley dance floor, high ceilings, skylights, and three chandeliers.
Rental Fees: $25/hour for rehearsals by nonprofit groups of 1-10. Other rental inquiries are subject to our event rate, starting at $30/hour. Please contact us for more information.

Studio 2 has 450 square feet of sprung wood floor.
Rental Fees: $18/hour for individual artists, $22/hour for nonprofit organization rehearsals, and other rental inquiries start at $25/hour.

Both studios have the following amenities:
Ballet barres for up to 18 students
Free and accessible parking and access to public transportation line
Gender-specific bathrooms (non-gender-specific bathroom available in the adjacent building)
Free Wi-Fi and Bluetooth room speakers
Two folding tables and access to up to 30 chairs
Microwave, small refrigerator, and hallway drinking fountains
HVAC heated and cooled spaces with temperature control

Street shoes on dance floors are strictly forbidden. Dance sneakers (not worn outdoors) are fine in the small studio only.

New rental requests must be made at least 72 hours prior to your requested time. Payment for rental bookings must be made 48 hours prior to your booking to hold your reservation. Located in the heart of the Lyn-Lake community, The Arena is available for your rehearsal, class, and event needs!

High availability Monday-Friday from 9:00-5:00pm, Monday, Tuesday, and Friday during the evening, and on Saturdays and Sundays.

Our Space Offers:
1,305 square feet (30×40) of sprung, Marley dance flooring.
Wall-length mirrors with curtains.
Changing room.
Access to multiple bus lines, including the 21, 4, 23, 612, and 18.

Hourly rates range from $20-$25, with discounts/special offerings available to BIPOC and LGBTQIA2+ communities. Inquire for savings.

Looking for studio space? Consider this beautiful top-floor studio in South Minneapolis. This airy studio has floor-to-ceiling windows with great natural light and views. This space is part of the Center for Performing Arts (CFPA) complex of artist spaces and studios. Rentals are administered by CFPA on Ragamala’s behalf.

Studio 405w is a 1087 square foot studio with a sprung floor covered in Marley dance flooring. One wall of the studio faces south with floor-to-ceiling windows and an unparalleled view across south Minneapolis. High ceilings, LED lighting, and a professional sound system are just some of the amenities offered here.

Amenities:

• Free street parking on side streets is readily available.
• Gender-neutral bathrooms are located just outside the studio in the hall.
• Stereo sound system with connections by Bluetooth, 1/8” cable, or use of the studio computer for playback.
• Two 6-foot folding tables, ten chairs, a coat rack, and shoe storage are all located in the studio.
• Large wall-mounted TV with HDMI connection for video conferencing or media review purposes.
• Wi-Fi throughout the building.
• Elevator access from the first-floor lobby.
• Heating and air conditioning are adjustable for the studio with an in-unit thermostat.
• Remote-controlled shades for light control and privacy.
• Additional studio rentals are available in the same building.

Rental Fees: $20 per hour
To Rent: Complete the space request form on the CFPA website – be sure to select 405w as the space you want to rent.

Please Note: Street shoes are prohibited on the dance floor. All materials brought into the studio must be non-marring, and no equipment may be stored in the studio beyond your rental period.

TU Dance Center is available for rental when not in use by TU Dance’s programming. TU Dance Center features a reception area and front desk for check-in or event use. Access to the adjacent dressing room and green room with a kitchenette is available upon request.

Studio 1 only: A curtain that can be drawn on the entire mirror and wall-mounted ballet barres of 27′ and 33′.

The Sabathani Community Center in South Minneapolis has a dance studio available for hourly rental. The building includes security and free parking. The studio space includes mirrors, ballet barres, and hardwood floors.

Threads Dance Nexus is a community hub that not only provides a home for Threads Dance Project but also strengthens the social fabric of our Minneapolis community through the unifying power of dance. We are currently accepting rentals through the remainder of the year and into 2026!

Our Space Includes:
1,480 square feet (37′ x 40′).
A professional-grade speaker sound system.
Barres, mirrors, and sprung floors.
Two ADA-compliant, gender-neutral changing rooms.
Large windows and a garage door, allowing for an abundance of natural light and fresh air.

Conveniently located in the Seward neighborhood, we offer free parking and free side street parking. We are a 5 minute walk from the Franklin Light Rail Station and a 2-5 minute walk from the nearest bus stops (lines 2, 9, 22, and 67).

Studio K, operated by Keane Sense of Rhythm, is a brand new dance space built for percussive dance. Studio K features two studios with a lobby in the Creative Enterprise Zone in the Midway area of St. Paul.

Studio 1: 30’ x 34’ – 1020 square feet
Studio 2: 14’ x 20’ – 280 square feet

Sprung maple dance floor, built for percussive dance, and a Bose sound system
