We are looking for volunteers to be a part of our Xchange Program for the current Fall Session!

Xchange is Zenon’s work-study program that allows students to volunteer in exchange for dance class credit.

The Fall Session will run from September 11-December 17, with no classes November 22-26.

Online shift = one class credit
In-person shift = two class credits

As we look to shape programming, it’s important that we have input from our community. The Cowles Center is looking for additional advisory committee representatives to provide insights, guidance, and feedback to our programming which includes curated seasons in the Goodale and TEK BOX, community engagement initiatives for artists, and education programs for youth to adult learners.

We will be intentional in garnering the participation of BIPOC individuals, LGBTQIA2+ representatives, and people with disabilities. Ideal candidates may include but are not limited to artistic directors, independent artists, dancers, patrons, educators, and community advocates.

Join other beings for outdoor dance. Bring a playlist, device, earbuds, and connect with other dancers on the shores of Bde Mka Ska, at 36th St in Minneapolis. Plenty of nearby parking. Sun and shade, grass and pavement – this is our favorite “studio”!  Dancing outdoors can be a life-giving, transformative practice.

Fridays, 5:00-6:00pm
Saturdays, 12:00-1:00pm
