Join us for Taiji-Based Meditative Improvisation at TU Dance Center with Hui Wilcox. This 5-week workshop holds space for a meditative improvisation practice grounded in the core principles of Taiji as the instructor sees it: integration of balance and mobility through an integrated awareness of form and energy; importance of dynamic stillness, soft strength, and grounded slowness.
This workshop is open to all levels. People new to Taiji and/or movement are welcome to join.
