Conditioning Class: Enhance your movement and mind-body connection with this full-body dance conditioning class designed to build mobility, strength, and length, specific to dancers. Combining elements of Pilates, fitness, and strength training, this class targets core stability, balance, and alignment to support a dancer’s movement and injury prevention. Perfect for dancers looking to increase flexibility, control, and power both in and out of the studio.

The GYROKINESIS® Method is a movement method that addresses the entire body, opening energy pathways, stimulating the nervous system, increasing range of motion, and creating functional strength through rhythmic, flowing movement sequences. It is an original and unique method that coordinates movement, breath, and mental focus. The GYROKINESIS® Method is practiced on a mat and chair.

Steps to Connect: A Line Dance Series is a fun and energetic session, ideal for beginners and experienced dancers alike! Our classes are designed to get you in community, connected, and moving. Themed Line Dance Engagements include 90s retro throwback, 70s boogie down disco fever, Country Chic, Fit and Funk, and Unwrapped and Unfiltered, all for young adults/adults 18+. Dance like nobody’s watching!

Taiji-based Meditative Improvisation is a workshop that holds space for a meditative improvisation practice grounded in the core principles of Taiji as the instructor sees it: integration of balance and mobility through an integrated awareness of form and energy; importance of dynamic stillness, soft strength, and grounded slowness.  This workshop is open to all levels. People new to Taiji and/or movement are welcome to join.
