Taiji is a Chinese martial art form known to improve practitioners’ strength, balance, and overall well-being. In this 6-week workshop series, participants will explore the foundational principles of Taiji and practice the Yang 24 form. The emphasis of our practice will be on flow and connectivity in movement and energy.
