This 5-week workshop will combine modern dance techniques with the precision of the Iyengar Yoga method, the flow and strength of the Ashtanga Yoga method, and the principles of Thomas Myers’ Anatomy Trains. This class mindfully investigates the balance between effort and ease within yoga poses and dance combinations. We will explore different ways to propel, fall, and suspend through space. All levels are welcome.
