Every student is invited to come as you are and leave feeling energized. Beginning with a thorough whole-body warmup, class will invite a time for guided improvisatory exploration, will move into centerwork that will prompt expansive physicality as well as fun coordination teasers, and will culminate with a final phrase – with a twist! Come as you are and make moving your Tuesday morning practice this July!
