Annika Johansson is seeking dance artists for Composition for a Hill, a site-specific outdoor workshop and performance series unfolding across four seasons in a park setting.
In each 2.5 hour session, dancers will explore improvisation, attention, and shared public space – working with the landscape as a creative partner. Expect collaborative research, guided prompts, and a short performance each session, all shaped by weather, terrain, and time. This is for folks who are curious, collaborative, and interested in dance as a way of relating to place, to non-human dance partners, and to each other.
