Nervous Theatre is relocating to the Twin Cities! The critically acclaimed physical theatre company invites you to explore their movement practice in two pop-up workshops. The company’s training (drawing heavily from The Six Viewpoints created by Mary Overlie) breaks movement and storytelling down to their most essential components. Workshops led by artistic director Connor Berkompas will offer you time to get into your body, discover the power of attention, and become curious about your relationship to space.
