Friday, November 15
7:00-9:30pm
Minnesota composer Timothy C. Takach’s Unfashioned Creature takes inspiration from Mary Shelley’s timeless 1818 novel Frankenstein. Weaving together contemporary social themes – rejection, self-discovery, and love – both works forward a complex character who seeks to find belonging and equality. James Sewell Ballet and MPLS (imPulse), a project-based choral ensemble, will perform additional repertoire selections to round out the evening.
