GYROKINESIS® Method with Non Edwards, Saturdays at 12:30pm
Fascial Maneuvers with Courtney Krentz, Sundays at 6:15pm
Yin Yoga – passively hold poses for longer durations to access deeper body tissues.
Qigong – bring your body back into balance with this system of movements and meditations.
GYROKINESIS® Method – a fluid, rhythmic exercise system moving you all through your kinesphere.
Fascial Maneuvers – unwind the fascia with postures and breathwork while reducing stress.
