In celebration of Park Square Theatre’s 50th Anniversary Season and their upcoming production of A Chorus Line, Michael Bennett estate representative Eddie Gutiérrez will be leading a workshop series for the Twin Cities dance community, exploring Bennett’s works before A Chorus Line.
Week 1: “Turkey Lurkey Time” from Promises, Promises, all-ages

Week 2: “Tick-Tock” from Company — due to the show’s adult subject material we ask that dancers be 18+
Sunday, April 26, 8:00-10:00pm
Monday, April 27, 6:00-9:00pm
Part musical theatre dance history class, part dance rehearsal project, each of these showstoppers will be taught in their entirety over the course of two classes (total of 4 classes for entire workshop). Both numbers are intermediate/advanced level, musical theatre jazz material.
Taking the first day of class in a week is not required in order to take the second day. A review will be done the second day for those who did attend the first class to give new students context for the second day’s material.
