Dance/USA Ecosystem Survey

Dance/USA champions an inclusive and equitable dance field by leading, convening, advocating, and supporting individuals and organizations. Dance/USA’s core programs are focused in the areas of engagement, advocacy, research, and preservation.

Dance/USA is conducting a survey of the national dance ecosystem! The survey is open to those living and/or working in the U.S., beyond our member community, who participate in the dance field – dance artists, administrators, presenters, technical teams, educators, archivists, agents, and more.⁠

The purpose of the survey is to learn more about the artists, administrators and organizations who make up the U.S. dance community, the challenges they face, and how Dance/USA can serve and support them.

• Take this opportunity to share your needs and challenges with the national service organization for dance.
• The survey should only take you 5-10 minutes to complete.
• Take the survey for a chance to win $100. Five survey respondents will be randomly selected to win a $100 American Express gift card.

The data collected from the Dance Ecosystem Survey will be examined alongside information collected during our member survey to inform our Strategic Reframing Process, through which Dance/USA will re-evaluate and re-articulate their work as a national service organization.⁠
