Studio K, operated by Keane Sense of Rhythm, is a brand-new dance space built for percussive dance. Studio K features two studios with a lobby in the Creative Enterprise Zone in the Midway area of St. Paul.
Studio 1: 30’ x 34’ – 1020 square feet
Studio 2: 14’ x 20’ – 280 square feet

· Skyline windows that provide ample natural light

· Gender-neutral bathrooms on the main floor and gender-specific bathrooms on the second floor

Rental Fees – Rehearsals
Individual artists: $12/$18 hour
Nonprofit organizations: $18/$22 hour
