We are a studio based in Uptown, Minneapolis geared specifically for adults.

We want this to be a safe space to try new things as an adult, that’s why our classes are 18+. Our classes are geared towards adults and their busy lifestyles. Most of our classes are a one-time, drop-in event. No need to commit to a weekly schedule. Make it when you can.

We offer classes at all levels – from beginner to professional – and will feature the work of teachers and choreographers in the Twin Cities and surrounding areas.
You don’t have to be a dancer to take our classes. We have fitness classes geared for dancers, but all are welcome to join. We also believe that you have to start somewhere, so if you’ve never taken a dance class before, that’s OK! Our instructors will make sure you feel welcome in class.
