Ballet… It Does a Body Good!
Lisa’s ballet classes naturally guide students in refining their alignment, balance, technique and potential, while also discovering the value and importance of the use of weight in their ballet dancing. Students are encouraged to “expect success”! Mindset is essential. And, mistakes are expected and valued! Only when we allow ourselves to take chances and risk failure can we grow into our full potential. Come give it a try! You’ll be glad you did!
