Contemporary Movement with Yukina Sato

This class explores articulation, contrast, and dynamic range through grounded and fluid floor work. Dancers will move between opposites: soft and strong, heavy and light, precise and expansive, to discover how multiple qualities can coexist within movement sequences. The class encourages curiosity, individuality, and presence through physically engaging movement sequences. All movers are welcome.
